Fair, transparent, and practical. Our rules ensure safety and clarity for every rider. All expeditions operate under Himachal Pradesh jurisdiction.
- 40% advance payment is mandatory to confirm any reservation with EscapeArc.
- The balance 60% must be cleared 15 days prior to the departure date.
- For Spiti Valley expeditions, full payment is required 10 days before departure.
- All bank charges for international wire transfers must be fully borne by the client.
- Services/hotels are subject to availability; any pre-trip changes leading to price hikes will be charged to the client.
